Our flower cakes normally last around 1 month in the sealed package. But it also depends on the temperature and humidity levels. We follow the make-to-order process. That means your cakes are baked after your order is confirmed. Freshness is guaranteed.

USPS delays are currently impacting transit times, and orders may arrive later than expected. Local delivery for large orders is available directly from Petal Leaf in the South Bay Area, CA, upon request. Other deliveries are made through 3rd-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash) where the order is placed. The delivery will be entirely fulfilled by the chosen service platform.

Yes. If you want to pick up the order yourself at our Santa Clara warehouse, you can choose during checkout. IMPORTANT: Please only come if you receive the "Ready" notification.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
